Cascade - A Rocky Mountain Lodge & Cabins A rustic, elegant log lodge nestled in the Rocky Mountains on 2 ? acres, 10 miles west of Colorado Springs, at the base of Pikes Peak. The lodge has 5 uniquely furnished rooms, each with private baths, queen beds, and cable TV/VCRs, some having private balconies and sitting benches. Relax in the outdoor hot tub and snuggle up by the massive rock fireplace in the evenings. An afternoon snack, evening dessert, and 3 course breakfast served daily. Romance Package available. Entire lodge rental available for family reunions, business meetings, weddings and retreats! The lodge will sleep 13+ people, and can host up to 50 people. The 2 bedroom, log hewn cabin, built in 1909, has a living room with a fireplace, Cable TV/VCR, a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, a bathroom, carport, and private patio with beautiful mountain views. It will sleep 7 people. The Cottage, built in 1938 with stone and wood, has 2 stories. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining area, day bed (which opens to a King bed or 2 Twins), and a bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom/sitting room suite, with a Cable TV/VCR, a queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed. It will sleep 6 people.
